  • 1 run-through video review- 24 hour turnaround

  • 1 tape sent to staff + list of helpful rehearsal strategies

  • 30-minute Zoom call with staff to discuss design, changes, implementing rehearsal strategies

8 to 5

  • 2 run-through video reviews- 24 hour turnaround each

  • 2 tapes sent to staff + list of helpful rehearsal strategies

  • 2 30-minute Zoom calls with staff to discuss progress, helpful plans, strategies

  • 1 design consultation at director’s time choice – planning stages, pre-season, or mid-season

 4 to 5

  • 3 run-through video reviews- 24 hour turnaround each

  • 3 tapes sent to staff + list of helpful rehearsal strategies

  • 2 30-minute Zoom calls with staff to discuss progress, helpful plans, strategies

  • 2 design consultations at director’s time choice – planning stages, pre-season, or mid-season

  • Design consultation at director’s time choice – planning stages, pre-season, or mid-season

  • 1 in-person rehearsal visit and run-through observation
